These terms govern your use of the MIKE OS Cockpit. By signing in and using the service, you agree to them.
MIKE OS is an AI Chief-of-Staff that helps you read, organise, draft and act across accounts you connect (such as Google Workspace). It is provided by [registered legal entity name].
You are responsible for your account and for the accounts you connect. When you authorise access to a third-party account, you confirm you’re entitled to do so. You can revoke access at any time from that provider’s settings.
Don’t use MIKE OS to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or process data you have no right to process.
MIKE OS drafts and summarises using AI, which can be incomplete or wrong. You review and approve every outward action (such as sending an email) before it happens. MIKE OS does not provide legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and its output is not a substitute for professional judgement.
You keep all rights to your content and connected data. You grant us the limited permissions needed to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
MIKE OS relies on third parties (Google, Anthropic and others). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, and their availability is outside our control.
We work to keep MIKE OS available and may update, add or remove features. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
To the extent permitted by law, MIKE OS is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using MIKE OS and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — e.g. Portugal].
