MIKE OS handles some of your most sensitive data — your mail, calendar and documents. Here is how we protect it.
All traffic between your browser, MIKE OS and the services we connect to is encrypted in transit using TLS.
We request only the scopes a feature needs, hold access through revocable OAuth tokens, and never store your Google password. You can withdraw access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Content sent to our AI processor to draft or summarise is used only to produce your result. It is not used to train models under the commercial API terms.
MIKE OS never sends an email or takes an outward action on your behalf automatically — every send is gated behind your explicit approval in the app. Drafting, labelling and filing to your own accounts are the only automated steps.
Credentials and API keys are held as server-side environment secrets, never exposed to the browser. Your session is a signed, expiring token; signing out or clearing it ends access immediately.
MIKE OS runs on established cloud providers (see Sub-processors) with their platform security controls. Data is processed only to deliver the features you enable.
